Man accused of recording upskirt videos at Mount Dora Walmart

Delivery driver charged with video voyeurism

MOUNT DORA, Fla. – Mount Dora police have arrested a delivery driver accused of recording videos up a woman's skirt at Walmart.

Camilo Barbosa was charged with video voyeurism in the incident at the Walmart on U.S. 441 Monday morning.

"The female customer confronted the gentleman at the time of the incident and said, 'Hey, did you take a picture?' and he denied it," said Megan Glass, with the Mount Dora Police Department.

That's when the victim got a manager and he called 911. When police got there, Barbosa gave them consent to look through his phone. His photo gallery revealed a video of the victim.

"Anyone could be taking a picture of you or making a movie of you in any situation, you don't know," said shopper Simi Samara.

The victim told News 6 she was too shaken up to go on camera, but posted a message about Barbosa on her Facebook page, telling other women to be cautious. She also posted a picture of him, which shows him wearing a Walmart badge.

According to the police report, Barbosa is a delivery driver for a vendor, not a Walmart employee.

The post got shared by her friend more than 1,000 times.

Women shopping Tuesday night at the Walmart said they'll be more aware.

"Technology has gone a long way. Sometimes you can't even tell when their phones are on," shopper Tamara Mckelvey said.

"I'll be looking around I'll be paying more attention to what's happening around me than what I'm here to do," said shopper Simi Samara.

Barbosa bonded out of the Lake County Jail.

Police told News 6 they've requested a warrant to search his phone to see if there are other victims.
