Judge ups bail for accused video voyeur

Bail now $20,000

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – A judge has raised the bail for a 29-year-old man suspected of video voyeurism from $2,500 to $20,000.

Terrence Sicilia was arrested  at his Holly Hill home on Monday afternoon.

Port Orange police said Walmart employees called 911 after a woman took cellphone video of Sicilia recording women in the dressing room. Investigators said he recorded at least two women.

The arrest report showed that one woman, "... noticed a cellphone moving under the wall of the dressing room."

While Sicilia's attorney asked to lower his original bail, the judge ignored the request and ordered Sicilia to stay away from Walmart.
