New Orlando apartment complex to open Mayor Buddy Dyer to attend ribbon-cutting ceremony at The Sevens No description found
ORLANDO, Fla. – A new apartment complex will officially open Thursday in downtown Orlando.
The Sevens, a nine-story apartment building, is located along North Orange Avenue near Lake Concord.
The building has a rooftop pool deck, a fitness center, dog parks and covered parking.
Units at The Sevens are between 613 and 1,134 square feet.
Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer is expected to attend Thursday's ribbon cutting.
The event is set for 5:30 p.m.
