Nestle recalls AccuPure Water Dispensers due to fire/burn hazard Dispensers can overheat causing internal parts to melt or smoke No description found
ORLANDO, Fla. – A recall has been issued by Nestle Waters involving its water dispenser which is posing a fire and burn hazard.
This recall is for Nestle Waters North America AccuPure countertop water filtration dispensers. The water dispensers are black and connect to the plumbing system directly to draw water, filter the water and dispense the water hot or cold.
The unit has “AccuPure” printed on the front and side panels. The model number is HCB215n and is printed on the back of the units.
Customers should immediately unplug the units and stop using them. Nestle Waters is contacting affected customers directly to schedule installation of a free replacement unit.
Customers with questions should contact Nestle Waters at 800-638-2772 Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
