Volusia lifeguard on Costa Rican honeymoon saves swimmer

A quick-thinking Volusia County lifeguard came to the rescue on his honeymoon in Costa Rica.

The Volusia Surf Life Saving Association posted cellphone video on its Facebook page showing Billy Geno making a water rescue while he was on his honeymoon.

"Our guards are always looking towards the water, poised to save a life. Even on their honeymoon!" the Facebook post read.

The video, which was posted by Geno's wife, shows Geno swimming to a man, stranded and struggling in the water.

The wife's Facebook post said they were at a private beach with no one around to help.
