Fallen tree blocks Orlando roadway

ORLANDO, Fla. – Crews removed a fallen tree on Conway Road in Orlando.

Orlando police officers on Sunday closed all southbound lanes of Conway Road near Michigan Street.

The Florida Highway Patrol said the road closure was due to downed wires and trees in the roadway.

The storm damage came after heavy rains and winds ripped through Orlando on Saturday evening.

Crews with the city of Orlando and the Orlando Utilities Commission cleared the debris.

OUC said there were power outages Saturday night, but there were no outages Sunday.
