Police said Santiago photographed the victim Oct. 11 while she was sleeping on the couch at his home in Hialeah Gardens.

Police said the victim's shirt was pulled up, exposing her from the waist down. Authorities said the woman was wearing see-through panties, and her vagina was visible in the photo.

Santiago posted the photo on Instagram and Facebook, and said in the caption that he had sex with the victim, the report said.

Police said the victim did not know the photo was taken until she saw that it had been sent to her friends and family members on social media, causing her "considerable shame and anxiety."

Santiago was arrested Monday.

Police said he confessed to posting the photo on social media in an effort to embarrass the woman and admitted that he did not have sex with her.

Santiago faces charges of video voyeurism, video voyeurism dissemination and stalking.
