It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, and no better way to hide from the cold (or the heat, if you're in Florida) than with some classic holiday movies.
The folks at CableTV.com put together a map of each state's favorite holiday movies.

The data was collected by taking the top-rated holiday movies from American Classic Movies and cross-referencing them with Google Trends data by each state.
The top Christmas movie in Florida was "Home Alone," the 1990 classic about a boy named Kevin, played by Macaulay Culkin, whose parents leave accidentally leave him at home as they go on a Christmas vacation to Paris.
"Home Alone" was not only Florida's favorite holiday movie. Georgia, Louisiana, Texas and Virginia share a love for the McCallister family as well.
Other favorites nationally include: "Elf," "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," "Scrooged," "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" and "It's a Wonderful Life."
