KISSIMMEE, Fla.- – Osceola County deputies arrested two burglary suspects, after a high-speed chase in Kissimmee.

Deputies were alerted around 8 p.m. Tuesday by a victim of a burglary at the Howard Johnson Enchanted Land Hotel on U.S. 192. Deputies later spotted a vehicle matching the victim's description in the area of Kings Heath Road.

Deputies said the driver, Marcus Casida, failed to yield at a traffic stop and sped off. Deputies deployed spike strips and deflated Casida's tires - just before he crashed into another vehicle in the area of Rolling Oaks Boulevard.

Casida was taken into custody along with the vehicle's passenger, Amber Witherington-Rodriguez. Deputies later determined the suspects' vehicle was stolen our of Orlando. Both are facing charges, including grand theft auto.
