KISSIMMEE, Fla. – A man who was shot dead Sunday in Kissimmee has been identified.
Police said Osvaldo Rodriguez-Otero, 22, of Kissimmee, died in the shooting, which was reported around 2 a.m. on Hoagland Boulevard.
Kissimmee police said Rodriguez-Otero's death is being investigated as a homicide.
