VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – Someone was in a hurry to get back to work.
The Volusia County Sheriff's Office tweeted a picture of one of its patrol cars with a gas pump hanging off the side, with the caption "When you're just in a hurry to get back on the job."

Assistant public information officer Andrew Gant of the Volusia County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the picture was in fact real.
Gant said the deputy was filling up his patrol car when it began to rain, so he decided to sit inside the vehicle. He forgot about the gas and headed back onto the road.
A motorist flagged him down, but not before snapping the photo that Volusia County authorities posted to their social media pages.
"No gas pumps were harmed in the making of this photo," the Volusia County Sheriff's Office posted to its Facebook page.
Gant said the hose was a quick-disconnect model, so there was no damage and it was easily reattached.
