ORLANDO, Fla. – American golfer Cody Gribble was in the middle of his round at the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill when he spotted a gator on the green.
Instead of running scared, he decided his own gator-handling skills were up to par.

Gribble, cool as a cucumber, gave the gator a little pat on the tail. Instead of fighting back, the gator then went scurrying into the water.
Don't try this at home.

When asked about the incident Gribble said, "I've done it a couple times before." He added, "Those guys, I mean, it's like a jolt, it's quick, they're not going to catch you, they're not going to catch you if you're a couple steps down."
Gators need exercise too, no biggie guys. https://t.co/K97j4WHuVP

So remember, if you're ever golfing and a gator is near, Gribble is the guy you want to be with.
