2 arrested in killing of Kissimmee 22-year-old

Detectives arrested Emanuel Ocasio-Gonzalez, 30, and Israel Ronnie-Castro, 36, for the January murder of Osvaldo Rodriguez-Otero, according to police.
Police said Rodriguez-Otero died in the shooting, which was reported around 2 a.m. Jan. 29 on Hoagland Boulevard.
Both men are charged with first-degree premeditated murder and are being held without bond in the Osceola County Jail.
