Groveland human trafficking suspect's girlfriend arrested, deputies say

Woman accused of assisting with trafficking minors

Carolina Schuller (LCSO)

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – The girlfriend of a Groveland man accused of human trafficking and sexual battery on minors was arrested Monday.

Deputies said Carolina Schuller, 26, drove her boyfriend’s underage victims to his house.

One of the victims said Schuller would buy drugs for Vincent Thomas, 27, that he would give to the girls.

Schuller once walked in on Thomas trying to have “sexual relations” with an underage victim and said “You need to stop f—these little girls,” according to the arrest warrant.

Thomas, who works as a professional gamer, was arrested last week after deputies said they found videos of him having sex with a 15-year-old girl.

The victim's mother told deputies that Thomas had been dating her daughter for several months, even though she didn't approve of the relationship and tried to keep the pair separated.

The 15-year-old said she'd been dating Thomas on and off for a year, and they had sex on a regular basis, the arrest report said. During some of those incidents, Thomas shot videos and took photos on his cellphone, which he then transferred to his laptop in his gaming room, deputies said.

The victim also told deputies that Thomas gave her cocaine and acid.

While deputies were investigating claims against Thomas, they received a human trafficking complaint from the Department of Children and Families on April 28.

Five counts of human trafficking were filed Monday against Thomas, along with his previous charges of lewd and lascivious battery, possession of child pornography, production of child pornography, possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Thomas did not admit to the abuse but told detectives that he was "helping" several young girls.

Schuller is charged with principle to human trafficking and commercial sexual activity of a minor. She was ordered held on no bond.
