SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – A registered felon spoke to who he thought was a teenage girl online for weeks before agreeing to meet up with her in person to have sex, according to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said Louis Anthony Arce, 26, starting talking to an undercover detective posing as a 13-year-old girl on June 28. During their conversations, Arce sent obscene photos of himself and said he wanted to have sex with the girl, according to a news release.

Arce drove his moped to a predetermined location to meet the girl Tuesday evening, deputies said. He was arrested when he arrived.
Deputies said Arce is a registered felon, but did not provide information on his criminal convictions.
He is charged with traveling to meet a minor for sex and transmitting material harmful to a child.
