4 Kissimmee police officers investigated over misconduct allegations

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – The Kissimmee Police Department is investigating four of its officers over two separate incidents involving misconduct allegations.

Cpl. James Rabb is under both an administrative and criminal investigation for an incident that occurred in September 2014, according to a release from KPD. Details on the incident were not immediately released.

In a separate incident, officers Tiffany Hall, Taylor McFee and Felix Echevarria are also under investigation over possible untruthful testimony that had been given during a courtroom proceeding, police said.

According to a release, felony charges of perjury and official misconduct were filed against Hall and McFee and Echevarria had official misconduct charges filed. An internal investigation is also underway.

The four officers will be suspended without pay.
