By the fall of 2015, visitors can expect to see arches connected with a big sign welcoming them into the state. The DOT says the sign will be displayed at the state line along interstates 95, 75 and 10.

Supporters say the signs will make for a more memorable experience for drivers, but they come with a big price tag -- $2.8 million.
