Brevard Public Schools reopening Tuesday Tropical Storm Eta prompted closure Monday

Brevard Public Schools will reopen Tuesday, a day after campuses were closed due to Tropical Storm Eta.
Schools were closed Monday due to a tropical storm warning for the county. As of noon Monday, only the coast of Brevard was under a warning.
“The tropical storm warning for Brevard County has expired. With that in mind, Brevard Public Schools will resume normal operations on Tuesday, November 10,” BPS said in a news release. “This means schools and district offices will be open and all school activities will resume.”
Eta is now moving away from the Florida Keys , and some computer models suggest it will take a track to the west. The official track still includes Florida but could change in the coming updates.
