Lindsey Lohan’s father arrested in Florida

He faces five counts of patient brokering and one count of attempted patient brokering, according to the documents

DELRAY BEACH, Fla – WPLG is reporting Lindsey Lohan’s father, Michael John Lohan, was arrested in Delray Beach after an investigation involving patient brokering. He was booked on Friday as part of a Palm Beach County probe led by State Attorney David Aronberg.

An arrest warrant said Lohan, 60, who is president of Lola Recovery Ventures of Palm Beach Gardens was receiving kickbacks for referring patients to Pride Recovery Center in Delray Beach.

A total of nine checks were written to Lohan or to a business entity associated with Lohan, Lola Recovery Ventures, for the referral of patients to Pride Recovery, the arrest warrant said.

In March of 2019, one of the owners of Pride Recovery was arrested on patient brokering and said that in 2017 he was introduced to Lohan.

According to the report, Lohan was said to have received $27,750 in kickbacks through Lola Recovery.

Lohan, of Boca Raton, faces five counts of patient brokering and one count of attempted patient brokering, according to the documents.
