1 shot near New Smyrna Beach Shooting investigated on Cavedo Street
NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. – A person was shot late Wednesday near New Smyrna Beach, deputies said.
The shooting was reported just before midnight on Cavedo Street.

Volusia County deputies said the victim’s injuries were not life-threatening.
No other details have been released.
