Missing Oviedo teen found safe FDLE alert canceled

OVIEDO, Fla. - – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement canceled a missing child alert for a 15-year-old girl in Seminole County Monday afternoon.
According to the alert, Elena Ward was last seen in the Oviedo area on Feb. 16, wearing a black hoodie and black jeans.
According to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, Ward was found safe Monday afternoon at a friend’s house.
