Step back in time and visit this 19th century hunting estate tucked away in a Volusia County neighborhood.
Built in 1871, this home is the oldest intact structure in its region.
Host to some of the time’s wealthiest, this home was popular during winter for fishing, hunting, and relaxing on its long porches. The guest list included presidents Ulysses S. Grant and Grover Cleveland, the Vanderbilts, the Astors, and the Prince of Wales before taking the throne of England.
