The incidents occurred near the area of State Road 436 and Wymore Road between 9 p.m. Thursday and 3 a.m. Friday, police said.
One of the victims, Valorie Pacheco, spoke to News 6, recounting the terrifying moment when she said she was attacked while picking up an Uber Eats order on the night of March 9.
“I was walking to my car and felt a person very, very close to me,” Pacheco said in Spanish. “I saw a man behind me, taller than me, and I was scared. I asked, ‘What do you need?’ When I spoke to him, he tried to grab my legs. I walked back, started screaming, and jumped away.”
Surveillance footage from the parking lot shows the suspect. Pacheco said the incident has left her shaken and fearful.
“After this incident, I am very traumatized,” she said. “I’m scared of everything when people come near me and I don’t know them. He made me scared. I am scared.”
Samantha Bisbee, who lives and works near Wymore Road, said the attacks have left her uneasy.
“It’s kind of scary, I’m not going to lie,” Bisbee said. “I try to hurry up and get to the store before it gets dark, that’s when I get scared.”
Bisbee added that after learning about the attacks, she was concerned for herself and her coworkers.
“I had no clue what happened. I get to work and I work with a bunch of females. They were all talking about it,” she said. “They were literally right here at this restaurant, so I’m kind of scared. Especially me just moving to this area.”
