WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. – A missing and endangered 86-year-old man has been located, according to the Winter Springs Police Department.
According to a news release , Robert Harvey Dugan was last seen leaving The Savoy Gracious Retirement Living located at 80 Michael Blake Blvd. around 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
