Missing Orlando senior with ‘cognitive condition’ could be in trouble, police say Edgel Lugo, 76, last seen on July 5

ORLANDO, Fla. – Police announced on Friday that they’re searching for a 76-year-old Orlando man who was reported missing last week.
In a release, police said that the man — identified as Edgel Tomas Jusino Lugo — was last seen on July 5 leaving the Orlando Union Rescue Mission at 3300 W. Colonial Drive.
“Mr. Edgal has a cognitive condition that may affect his ability to find his way to a safe location,” the release reads .
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Orlando Police Department.
No additional information has been provided at this time.
