SANFORD, Fla. – A Sanford woman found herself in a disturbing situation late Sunday night when she came across a naked man in her backyard, according to the police department.

In an arrest report, police said they responded to the area of Live Oak Boulevard and Sabal Palm Court on Sunday around 11:22 p.m.

Upon arrival, an officer found two men fighting on the ground, leading the officer to handcuff the naked one, the report states.

The mother told investigators that she’d been bottle-feeding her 5-month-old child, but while she was in the living room, she managed to catch sight of a man in her backyard.

“The living room window blinds were partially opened, and she could only see his naked legs from the thigh down,” the report reads. “While (she) walked from room to room, she could see the rest of (his) body, which was completely nude.”

Investigators said the mother then opened the window blinds and began to scream, as she saw that the man — identified as Robin Carr, 44 — was touching himself while looking at her and her child.

However, her boyfriend began chasing Carr, eventually bringing him to the ground at the intersection where the officer ultimately responded, the report notes.

Meanwhile, another witness told investigators that she’d heard Carr state, “I want to (expletive) him,” referring to the child, police said.

Carr claimed he’d been in the backyard looking for a place to defecate, though he didn’t explain why he was completely naked, police added. Regardless, Carr reportedly told police that he’d “never do it again” and that “it was an accident,” but he didn’t elaborate on what that meant.

As a result of the incident, Carr was arrested and now faces a charge of lewd or lascivious exhibition involving an adult and a victim under 16 years of age. He is held on bond of $15,000.
