SpaceX said it was “standing down” from Sunday’s 10th flight test of its megarocket Starship.

The space agency said the launch window planned to open at 7:30 p.m. EDT, but posted on social media around 7:15 p.m. saying it needed “to allow time to troubleshoot an issue with ground systems.”

According to a news release, “after completing investigations into the loss of Starship on its ninth flight test and the Ship 36 static fire anomaly, hardware and operational changes have been made to increase reliability."

In June, a SpaceX rocket being tested in Texas exploded, sending a dramatic fireball high into the sky.
