The partnership is a match made in heaven since Buc-ee’s founder Arch “Beaver”Aplin III earned a construction science degree from the university in 1980.

In 2022, Aplin announced he planned to donate $50 million to establish an academic center at the university.

The university said that beginning Aug. 20, Buc-ee’s items — including Beaver Nuggets, beef jerky, snacks and branded merchandise — will be available at Aggie Express Commons, Aggie Express Hullabaloo and Creekside Market through Aggie Dining.

There are currently more than 50 Buc-ee’s mega travel centers in the U.S. with two in the Sunshine State – one in Daytona Beach and one in St. Augustine.
