Seminole County resolves 911 system connectivity issue with Verizon customers

The county posted on Facebook early Friday, saying call takers cannot hear incoming 911 calls.
“While the issue is being remedied, the 911 call taker may request to call the caller back,” the post reads.
The county said the issue was specific to Verizon customers and is affecting neighboring counties but did not specify which ones.
