“Steven is known to frequent the areas of Holly Hill, Ormond Beach and the unincorporated parts of Ormond Beach,” the release reads.

Investigators said that Sullivan is also known to carry a firearm, and he has a past that includes violence and resisting arrest.

Court records show that Sullivan has been convicted in the past on charges like grand theft, petit theft, burglary, robbery, unlawful concealed carry, and violating a domestic violence injunction.

An arrest affidavit also indicates that Sullivan was seen attacking a woman earlier this year, though no information was ultimately filed after the victim refused to pursue criminal charges.

Sullivan is described as standing around 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, and missing his right arm. He also has tattoos on his face above his left eyebrow.
