Lake County deputies search for missing runaway Marta Pineda Mejia last seen Oct. 1

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing runaway who was last seen on Oct. 1.
Marta Pineda Mejia was reported missing around 10 p.m. on Oct. 1 by her aunt, the sheriff’s office said in a social media post on Monday.
The girl was last seen before leaving for school that morning.
She is 5 feet, 3 inches and weighs 115 pounds. Deputies said she has blonde hair, hazel eyes and was last seen wearing black clothing, white shoes and a black backpack.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Detective Parry at 352-343-2101 or Crimeline.
