SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – A man died after being shot during an argument Sunday evening outside a home in Seminole County, according to sheriff’s officials.
The shooting happened before 7:30 p.m. in the 3700 block of Main St. in Midway.
According to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, two men “exchanged words” in the front yard before multiple shots were fired.
The victim, identified as 27-year-old Julian B. Wimberly Jr., was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Deputies said he later died Monday morning.
The suspected shooter fled the area in a dark gray sedan. No other information was released, but deputies said they are “working strong leads to locate the gunman.”
