Sweet Tomatoes, the popular self-service eatery, announced they are returning to the Florida market after all of its restaurants closed nationwide amid the coronavirus pandemic in 2020.
According to the Facebook account of the Sweet Tomatoes location in Tucson, Arizona, the new Florida location will be located at 14080 South Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers.

The announcement on social media read, “The wait is over, magic fans! From dunes to deliciousness, your favorite salads and soups are returning to Ft. Myers, Florida! The magic never left—it just needed a little time to reappear! Sweet Tomatoes is coming soon to 14080 S Tamiami Trail!"
A separate Facebook account for that Fort Myers location announced they are currently hiring.
The restaurant chain hasn’t announced any plans to return to Central Florida yet, but News 6 has reached out to see if there are any further expansion plans in the works.
