Kissimmee police seek public’s help identifying person who robbed bank

Incident happened at Fifth Third Bank at 1401 Simpson Road

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect who robbed a Fifth Third Bank in Kissimmee on Thursday morning.

Kissimmee police said they responded around 9:48 a.m. to the bank located at 1401 Simpson Road after receiving a report of an armed robbery.

Investigators said the suspect entered the bank, approached an employee and demanded money while carrying a handgun.

No injuries were reported and the investigation remains ongoing.

Police said the suspect was wearing a fluorescent long‑sleeve shirt, blue jeans, brown boots, a face mask and a camouflage hat.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Kissimmee Police Department at 407‑846‑3333.
