No ‘Karate Kid': Edgewater police critique public urination suspect's kicking form

EDGEWATER, Fla – The Edgewater Police Department located a man suspected of involvement in a case of public urination and vandalism at a local gas station on Monday.
According to EPD's Facebook page, John H. Johnson, of New Smyrna Beach, urinated in the parking lot of a Marathon Gas Station at 11:30 p.m., committed vandalism when he kicked a nearby motorcycle, and then left with a woman in a dark-colored Ford F-150.

Edgewater police then posted still photos from the gas station's security cameras onto their official Facebook page, asking for help in identifying either of the two individuals. They updated the post a few hours later, announcing that Johnson had been identified and would be charged accordingly.
Edgwater police's original post on the crime made certain to note that they had ruled out "Ralph Macchio aka “The Karate Kid” as a suspect due to the man's very unimpressive kicking posture."
