TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Powerball jackpot is now $1.5 billion after no big winner Wednesday night.
The winning numbers Wednesday were 25, 33, 53, 62, and 66, with red Powerball 17.
The $1.5 billion jackpot - the fifth largest in the game’s history - has a cash value of $686.5 million, according to Powerball.
The next drawing is Saturday night. You can watch it on News 6 just ahead of News 6 at 11 p.m.
The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292,201,338.
Powerball® tickets are $2 per play. Tickets are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. More than half of all proceeds from the sale of a Powerball ticket remain in the jurisdiction where the ticket was sold. Since its first drawing in 1992, the Powerball game has helped generate more than $36 billion for good causes supported by U.S. lotteries.
