The remains, which include a skull, were found near Hackney Prairie Road and Apopka-Vineland Road, east of Florida State Road 429 on Friday afternoon.

On Saturday, OCSO ruled out the remains as Ocasio's. Monday morning, OCSO said they had made "movement on the probable description of the victim, sex, and estimated time frame of death."

Deputies also provided a photo of jewelry recovered at the scene and are hoping the public will recognize it found near the remains.

Investigators said the body was a female, possibly African-American between the ages of 20 and 30 years old. The victim was wearing size 7 jeans and a Tommy Hilfiger jacket and could have died anywhere from 4 months ago to a year ago.

Investigators say the woman could have never been reported missing and are checking their Missing Persons cases to see if there's a possible match.

Deputies said construction workers found human remains while finishing work on widening Hackney Prairie Road.

Ocasio's father  was spotted out at Hackney Prairie Road, which is not far from the previous Ocasio search scene, Friday afternoon but later said in a post, police confirmed the remains were not those of his daughter.
