DeSantis signs ‘Live Healthy’ legislation package in Bonita Springs 5 health-related bills become law

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. – Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis held a news conference on Thursday in Bonita Springs, where he signed the following five bills:
SB 7018 - “Health Care Innovation” SB 1758 - “Individuals with Disabilities” SB 330 - “Behavioral Health Teaching Hospitals” SB 332 - “Public Records and Meetings” The bills comprised a so-called “Live Healthy” legislation package, reportedly spearheaded by Florida Senate President Kathleen Passidomo.
The governor was joined by Passidomo, Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo and others for the bill-singing event at Artichoke and Company, a catering business.
