There’s quite a bit going on this weekend, so I’ll keep this intro short and SWEET (like one event I’ll share with you in this newsletter).

Here’s what’s happening this weekend ⤵️
The Lake Mary-Heathrow Festival of the Arts will showcase dozens of artists this weekend, raising funds for students in Seminole County.
The arts festival helps raise scholarship money for graduating Seminole County High School students, according to event organizers.

Pie-eating contests, family fun and more are heading to Melbourne this weekend with the annual Strawberry Fest (see, isn’t that sweet?).
There will be lots of activities to enjoy, whether you’re with friends or family. There will be axe throwing, bounce houses, pony rides, a free petting zoo and lots of contests to take part in.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will go toward the Children’s Hunger Project, a nonprofit in Brevard County that “provides weekend meals and fights childhood hunger and malnutrition during the school year,” according to its website.

It’s a battle of the clans this weekend at the St. Augustine Celtic Music & Heritage Festival.
The bagpipes make sense now, huh.
The two-day festival in downtown St. Augustine will include Highland games, a St. Patrick parade and live entertainment. And of course, your favorite Scottish eats.
From caber toss to stone throws and more, there will be something to enjoy for everyone.
