Smooshy was found as a kitten in the Fort Lauderdale area and turned into Broward County Animal Care. She was almost euthanized due to her looking a little different. The staff didn't think she would survive her spay surgery, but she proved them wrong! She has the same genetic abnormality as internet celebrity cats Smush, Willow, and Monty and Molly. It doesn't have a name but they are missing a bone in their noses, giving them a "smooshed" appearance (hence her name). Smooshy also has a few other genetic quirks such as an abnormally short and kinked tail, but she is otherwise happy, healthy, and very much adored <3.
