Orlando bidding to host NFL's Pro Bowl Game typically played in Hawaii
ORLANDO, Fla. – The City Beautiful is setting its sights on the NFL's Pro Bowl.
The mayors of Orange County and Orlando both said they are working to bring the all-star game to the revamped Citrus Bowl.
The game has traditionally been played in Hawaii. However, in recent years, Miami and Houston have hosted the game.
Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer told News 6 that the Pro Bowl would bring thousands of people to the city and benefit the local economy.
The Citrus Bowl already hosts Orlando City Soccer, college bowl games and will host next year's Wrestlemania.
