Lake Mary headed to Little League Softball World Series Florida downs Virginia 8-1 to win Southeast Region
The Lake Mary Little League softball team won the 2025 LLS Southeast Region on Friday, advancing to the Little League Softball World Series.
The Lake Mary 12U team beat Virginia 8-1 to win the region, which was hosted in Georgia.
The girls now head to the Little League Softball World Series, which takes place Aug. 3-10 in Greenville, North Carolina.
The Lake Mary boys’ Little League team, the reigning world champions, will play in the LL Southeast Region , which starts July 31 in Georgia. If they win the regional, they will defend their LLWS title in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
