THE RIGHT CALL: This referee gets the ultimate assignment in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – The soccer tournament of the summer arrives in Orlando in four weeks.

The FIFA Club World Cup will bring international powerhouse teams like Manchester City and Juventus to the City Beautiful for six matches from June 17 - July 4.

The tournament may also bring a history-making mom of three to Orlando.

Tori Penso is a longtime professional referee. She’s been working for MLS for the last five years.

FIFA just assigned her to the Club World Cup. The Florida native will be the only female center official working the tournament.

Tori told News 6‘s Jamie Seh that the assignment is a dream come true and a result of years of hard work.
