LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – Walt Disney World announced Soarin' at Epcot will temporarily close, starting at the beginning of 2016.

The ride is expected to close Jan. 4 and will reopen by summer of 2016.
Earlier this year, Disney announced the ride would expand from two theaters, to three.
Once Soarin' reopens, it will have new digital screens and a whole new movie, with scenes from all over the world.
