Cheers and applause filled the air at Trotters Park as players stepped onto a brand-new Miracle League baseball field, marking a long-awaited comeback for a league that was once on the brink of losing its home.

Central Florida Miracle League has played at Trotter’s Park for about 20 years. Earlier this year, the field had deteriorated so badly it had become unplayable, putting the future of the league at risk.
