The Florida Department of Transportation plans to install cameras near the recently erected Charlie Kirk Memorial Highway signs in Lake County after reported threats to vandalize them, according to Lake County Commissioner Anthony Sabatini.

Officials from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announced on Monday that they fired an employee over a social media post “that made light of the assassination of Charlie Kirk.”
