Orange County officials are considering a new ordinance aimed at preventing the unauthorized use of fireworks.

Firework mortars and camp fuel canisters were found stuffed into the back of the Tesla Cybertruck that exploded outside President-elect Donald Trump’s Las Vegas hotel early Wednesday.
