Gabrielle has rebound pretty spectacularly, now a symmetrical tropical storm out in the central Atlantic. Conditions are continuing to improve for further organization, and I do think this becomes our second hurricane of the season by tonight at 11pm if not when we wake up first thing tomorrow morning.
