The southern African nation of Malawi has started a cholera vaccination rollout this week in a bid to stem the threat of a disease that kills tens of thousands of people globally each year.

He's being held on $1 million bail following a hearing this week in Green County Circuit Court in Monroe. They agreed that Kruckenberg-Anderson would get rid of the infant simply by dropping her somewhere, according to authorities.
