A voice identified as a physician took over a 911 call, explaining a minor was conscious but suffering from alcohol poisoning. Now, no charges will be filed in the case.

Charges will not be filed against a doctor who was arrested in connection with hosting a Winter Park house party where there was alleged underage drinking.
